JILLIAN-JOYCE

Dear dog lovers,

Has your dog ever saved you from an intruder?  Fetched you your daily newspaper in the morning?  Or simply kept you laughing after a rough day?  If you’ve answered yes to any of these, then you’re probably very thankful to have your dog this holiday season.  With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, you may be tempted to thank your four-legged furry friend by feeding him/her the scraps off your table!  But if you really want to show your dog some thanks and appreciation, you’ll do exactly the opposite.  Here are some helpful tips to keep your dog healthy and happy this holiday season!  Enjoy! :)

Don’t forget to check out Rachel Ray’s website for some great dog friendly Thanksgiving meals! Some of my favorites include:

  • K-9 Ingredient Meatballs
  • Turkey Pot Hold-the-Pie
  • Pup’kin Buscuits

And in case you don’t have a dog or could care less about this post, here’s a picture of my little Rexasaurus wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving :)
